4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account on mgo55, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the mgo55 platform. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. mgo55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. 4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, mgo55 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") documents, which may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being declined and, in cases of suspected fraud, Account suspension.

By accessing and using the mgo55 platform, you agree to use it exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All wagers and gaming activity on mgo55 are conducted for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You will not use the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without the express written consent of mgo55;

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

mgo55 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB bank transfer, Public Bank bank transfer, Hong Leong Bank bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

6.2 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests for MYR via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes for standard accounts. mgo55 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the verified name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mgo55 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing a withdrawal.

6.5 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified on the withdrawal page. Requests below this threshold may be declined. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time and review.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the mgo55 platform are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only and may not be claimed by Accounts that have been suspended or are under review;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mgo55 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or otherwise interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities;

• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — the systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play, including but not limited to coordinated bonus hunting, multi-accounting for promotional gain, and arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.

All content on the mgo55 platform, including but not limited to the MGO55 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game content, text, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of MGO55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mgo55 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the mgo55 platform without the prior written consent of MGO55.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mgo55, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the mgo55 platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling or betting activity on the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;

The mgo55 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mgo55 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

mgo55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account eligibility criteria no longer being met (e.g., underage use, residence in a prohibited jurisdiction);
• Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder;
• Activation of a self-exclusion or responsible gambling restriction.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, mgo55 will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected resolution timeframe where it is permissible to do so. Any balance held in a suspended Account that is ultimately confirmed as legitimately earned will be returned to the Player following the conclusion of any investigation, less any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mgo55 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mgo55's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
